OSCAM
is currently available to individuals either employed by the US
Government or employed by a contractor that is sponsored by the
US Government.
Provided
you have completed the official OSCAM training course, OSCAM is
free of charge. Trained users will receive a username and password
that will allow them to download the software from this site.
In addition, you will receive annual updates of the OSCAM compatible
VAMOSC datasets and periodic updates to the model as well as a
dedicated help desk.

to submit your details. Training courses for OSCAM Navy are
currently held at the Washington Navy Yard. Training courses
for OSCAM Air are currently held at the Southern Maryland Higher
Education Center, Patuxent River. Please click below to view
